With added innovations like bonus storage overhead, we have designed a full-sized retractable stair to allow for easier access and storage with a bonus of increased safety as well. The stair is lowered and raised by the use of a hand winch mounted on the side wall. The entire stair retracts neatly and stores between floor joists for optimal usage of space.
